Reed was a sick overrated dork . But one of the greatest rock concerts of all time was headed by Reed in december 1973 in New York City. Reed just yell/talked his sick lyrics, he couldn't play the guitar or any instrument to save his life. The musicians in the band that backed him made it one of the greatest hard rock concerts of all time: Dick Wagner and Steve Hunter on guitars, Prakash John on bass, Pentti 'Whitey' Glan on drums & Ray Colcord on keyboards

I saw many Concerts at the Capitol Theater while growing up in that area and throughout my life, my musical interests changed and Lou became one of my favorite musicians! Lou is a hard core Rock & Roll Animal and he is missed but His music will live on!
